Step-by-Step Application Process
Step 1: Check Eligibility & Choose an Institution
- Ensure you meet the eligibility requirements.
- Select a Flemish university or university college offering your desired master’s program.
Step 2: Apply to the Host Institution
- Apply for your chosen master’s program at the Flemish university.
- Each institution has its internal deadline, so check with them.
Step 3: Host Institution Pre-Selection
- The host institution reviews your application and nominates candidates.
- If pre-selected, the host institution will start your Master Mind Scholarship application.
Step 4: Receive Email Notification
- If pre-selected, you will receive an email from the Mobility-Online tool with further instructions.
Step 5: Complete Online Application
- Register and complete your profile in the Mobility-Online tool before the deadline.
Step 6: Submit Required Documents

Important Notes
- Direct applications from students are NOT accepted. The host institution must submit applications on behalf of students.
- Students already studying in Flanders cannot apply, except those in preparatory programs.
- International students with previous study experience in a Flemish institution (credit mobility) are still eligible.
- Half of the master’s program credits must be obtained in Flanders.
