    The Rotary Peace Fellowships 2026-2027 are now open for applications! These fully funded scholarships support international students pursuing a Master’s Degree or a Professional Development Certificate Program in Peace and Conflict Resolution at prestigious institutions worldwide.

    The program covers tuition and fees, room and board, round-trip transportation, and all internship and field-study expenses. Each year, up to 150 students are awarded these fellowships.

    Host Institutions for Rotary Peace Fellowships

    Selected candidates will study at one of the following Rotary Peace Centers:

    1. University of Queensland (Australia)
    2. University of Bradford (United Kingdom)
    3. International Christian University (Japan)
    4. Uppsala University (Sweden)
    5. Duke University & University of North Carolina (USA)
    6. Bahçeşehir University (Türkiye) (Certificate Program)
    7. Makerere University (Uganda) (Certificate Program)

    Important: Fellowship recipients cannot study in a Rotary Peace Center within their home country, except for Thai applicants who may attend Chulalongkorn University.

    Eligibility Criteria for Rotary Peace Fellowships

    To qualify for this fellowship, applicants must:

    • Be from any country except their host country (except Thai applicants).
    • Have proficiency in English (second language proficiency recommended).
    • Demonstrate strong leadership skills and a commitment to peacebuilding.
    • Hold a bachelor’s degree (for master’s applicants).
    • Have at least 3 years of work or volunteer experience (for Master’s applicants).
    • Have at least 5 years of experience (for certificate applicants).

    How to Apply for Rotary Peace Fellowships

    Step 1: Review eligibility requirements and research the curriculum at each Rotary Peace Center.
    Step 2: Connect with a Rotary Club or District for mentorship (optional but recommended).
    Step 3: Gather required documents:

    • Resume/CV
    • Academic & professional recommendations
    • Personal statement (videos and essays)
    • Transcripts (for Master’s applicants)
    • English language proficiency test scores (if required)
    • Social impact plan (for Certificate applicants)
      Step 4: Submit your application between February and May 15, 2025.
      Step 5: Await selection results in November 2025.
      Step 6: Apply for admission to your designated university.

    Note: Selection for the fellowship does not guarantee university admission—you must apply separately.
